This is a senior-level, strategic role, designed for a proactive, highly organized individual with a proven track record in supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Assistant Chief of Staff will work closely with the Chief of Staff and UHNW on strategic planning, operational oversight, and ensuring the smooth functioning of high-level projects and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution – Partner with the Chief of Staff to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with the principal’s objectives, ensuring all business activities are streamlined and aligned with overarching goals.
  • Leadership Support & Coordination – Support the Chief of Staff in managing senior-level projects, operational activities, and key priorities for the principal’s business and personal initiatives.
  • Project Oversight & Operational Management – Lead and manage the execution of multiple high-priority projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.
  • Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management – Act as the point of contact between the Chief of Staff and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective management of relationships.
  • Team Coordination & Leadership – Assist with the coordination of leadership teams and cross-functional departments to ensure the smooth running of operations and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Research & Analytical Support – Conduct detailed research, analysis, and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic planning for the Chief of Staff.
  • Crisis Management & Problem Solving – Proactively manage urgent matters, ensuring critical issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
  • Event & High-Level Engagement Support – Assist in organizing high-profile events, corporate functions, and private engagements, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed.
What We’re Looking For:Desirably seeking an experience EA who has handled Chief of Staff responsibilities, or a Chief of Staff who is dedicated, and highly organized individual who has experience supporting executive teams, particularly within UHNW or corporate environments. The ideal candidate will be strategic, forward-thinking, and comfortable taking on responsibility for high-level operations and projects.
  • Experience in a senior executive support or Assistant Chief of Staff role with a track record in project management, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, including high-profile individuals, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly to drive success in a fast-paced environment.
