- Leadership Support & Coordination – Support the Chief of Staff in managing senior-level projects, operational activities, and key priorities for the principal’s business and personal initiatives.
- Project Oversight & Operational Management – Lead and manage the execution of multiple high-priority projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.
- Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management – Act as the point of contact between the Chief of Staff and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective management of relationships.
- Team Coordination & Leadership – Assist with the coordination of leadership teams and cross-functional departments to ensure the smooth running of operations and alignment with strategic goals.
- Research & Analytical Support – Conduct detailed research, analysis, and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic planning for the Chief of Staff.
- Crisis Management & Problem Solving – Proactively manage urgent matters, ensuring critical issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
- Event & High-Level Engagement Support – Assist in organizing high-profile events, corporate functions, and private engagements, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed.
- Experience in a senior executive support or Assistant Chief of Staff role with a track record in project management, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, including high-profile individuals, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
