?? What You'll Be Doing:-
Provide expert support for complex technical issues across networks, firewalls, and virtual environments.

Lead escalated tickets, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.

Manage and implement IT projects-cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security improvements.

Use tools like Autotask, Salesforce, 3CX, and PowerShell to streamline support and automate workflows.

Support and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
-
Maintain strong client relationships and exceed service expectations using ITIL principles.

5+ years in an MSP environment, handling advanced technical support and project delivery.

Strong experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Hyper-V/VMware, and SonicWall/firewalls.

Proficiency in automation tools like Power Automate and scripting with PowerShell.

Familiarity with billing and workflow setups in Autotask and Salesforce is a big plus.

Relevant certifications: ITIL, Microsoft (Azure/O365), CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA) preferred.
