This includes:

IT infrastructure and system management
IT strategy and coordination
Support and troubleshooting
Network and security management
IT budgeting and asset management
Team leadership and development
Compliance and standards

Key Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP)
Expertise in property management systems (PMS), POS systems, and guest service platforms
Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and cloud-based services
Experience with telecommunications, audio-visual systems, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
Strong understanding of guest services and operational workflows
Ability to train non-technical staff
