Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Hackney
Pay: 85 - 100 per day

The role - Early Years Practitioner:
- Provide high-quality support to a Reception class as an Early Years Practitioner.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
- Monitor and document children's progress, celebrating achievements and identifying next steps.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Child Care Qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and its application.
- A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's development.
