About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a thriving early years setting in Lewisham. As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a critical role in fostering the physical, emotional, and educational growth of young children, helping them develop skills essential for success in primary education.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and education, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
- Support children's development through engaging, structured activities designed to prepare them for primary education.
- Collaborate closely with a team to create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment in our Lewisham nursery.
- Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic space, adhering to safeguarding policies.
Requirements
- A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Level 3 Nursery Nurse is desirable.
- Hands-on experience working with young children in an early years or primary education setting.
- A caring, patient approach and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and respond to children's individual needs.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
