Key Responsibilities for the Nursery Assistant:- Nursery assistant to provide general classroom support to children in the Early Years.
- Assist children with additional needs, particularly Autism, in their daily routines and activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to deliver a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children to help them thrive socially and emotionally.
- Use your creativity to adapt learning activities and engage young learners effectively.
- Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant, ideally with exposure to SEN support.
- A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young children.
- A passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
