Our Super nursery is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our wonderful team!

Job Title:Nursery Room Leader

Job Location:East Sheen, London, SW14

Salary Guide: Up to £29,000pa (Depending on age, qualifications and experience)

Days/Hours:40 hours per week// Monday Friday // Permanent // Shifts between 8am-6pm

Role Requirements/Responsibilities

• Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Background in working to the Early Years Foundation Stage
• At least 2 years experience as a nursery practitioner or similar
• Work closely within the nursery management team to provide a high level of professional leadership to room based staff
• To support room staff in their roles and maintain positive working partnerships with the team, parents, carers and outside agencies
• To generate creative ideas to inspire learning, write reports and keep clear and accurate records
• Promote a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Be a strong communicator with both adults and children
• Have the right to work in the UK
