- Lead weekly outdoor education sessions, fostering a love for nature and experiential learning.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Year 1.
- Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach and outdoor learning principles.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
