Are you a Design Engineer or similar proficient in AutoCAD, looking for a varied role within an Award Winning Design Consultancy offering ongoing training and progression as well as the opportunity to work on exciting projects around London?
Working across the Civils industry, this independent design consultancy specialize in Urban Developments, Transport Planning, Garden Villages and Commercial Developments, including being part of the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station and other recognizable landmarks across London. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a Design Engineer to their tight knit team.
In this varied role you will be hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days at home) as you work closely with an experienced Design Engineer within the Transport Planning team assisting in early stage concept designs, using AutoCAD to plot displays. You will be involved in testing site layouts, using Swept Path Analysis as you develop your skills in a specialized field.
This role would suit an ambitious Design Engineer, proficient in AutoCAD, looking to work on exciting projects across London, as they develop their skills with ongoing training and progression.
The Role:
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
- Work closely with an experienced Design Engineer and other members of the team.
- Use AutoCAD to create concept designs for a range of upcoming projects.
- Test site layouts, undertaking Swept Path Analysis.
The Person:
- Design Engineer background.
- Proficient using AutoCAD.
- Commutable to Southbank.
