Are you an experienced Electrical Projects Manager looking for a long-term opportunity in London? We are seeking a proactive professional to oversee multiple commercial projects (up to 1M) across Central London.
Role Overview:
Managing multiple electrical projects from start to finish
Overseeing engineers, providing guidance and support when needed
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Handling compliance, risk assessments, and site safety
What You'll Need:
Gold Card - Essential
SSSTS or SMSTS Certification (ideally)
NICEIC Knowledge (ideally approved QS/QM)
Strong commercial experience
Expertise in BMS systems (Trend/Tridium)
Ability to work independently and proactively manage teams
Working Hours:
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (some flexibility required)
Occasional weekend work & overtime available
