This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work in a dynamic urban environment.

  • Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
  • £35,000 + company benefits

Responsibilities:

  • General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Tiling
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Drainage & flushing
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm/door testing
  • Grouting & Plastering
  • Electrical works
  • Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
  • Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, Electrcial, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential)
