Role Overview:
This role involves managing a large-scale mechanical project within a commercial build, specifically focusing on pipework with a budget of 21 million. The project is currently in the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) phase until May 2025, working closely with an in-house Design team, CAD team, and a design consultancy to reach Stage 4 Tender by September 2025. Following this, the project will move into pre-construction and then into the construction stages from March 2026 to January 2028. The project involves transforming an old 1960s building, stripping it back to the core and rebuilding it to Shell & Core through to CAT A standards.
