Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Location: Home Counties/Areas in London
Salary: £45,000 + (+ Van + Fuel Card + Overtime)
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

The Role
In order to meet growing demand, they are looking for a skilled Heating Engineer who wants to be, and feel, integral to the success of the business. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified general domestic plumber and heating engineer able to carry out repairs on rental and privately owned properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Installations of boilers
- Tap repairs and replacements
- Landlord's gas safety
- Investigating and repairing leaks
- Toilet and basin installations and repairs
- Cylinder and tank upgrades
- Boiler Services
- Boiler repairs / breakdowns
- Fault finding on smart/central heating controls.
- Under floor heating repairs
- General plumbing
- Carrying out general ad hoc heating work
Skills & Experience
- Must be Gas Safe registered.
- Oftec certification would be desirable, but not essential
- You must be presentable and be able to communicate with customers.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- You will be undertaking reactive & planned maintenance, moving from job to job throughout the day / week, working primarily in residential properties so you must be organised and reliable
- You'll need your own basic tools, flue analyser and a full UK driving licence.
