We are seeking someone who can develop a deep understanding of in-service products, their manufacturing processes, and their application, spanning multiple disciplines (Systems, ISS, Production, Electronics, and Mechanical).

You will own the engineering activities for production projects, ensuring the project scope is met within agreed timelines and budgets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate engineering support for production.
  • Address supply chain and production issues, (Electrical and Mechanical focus)
  • Serve as the Engineering Lead for in-service product design maintenance,
  • Manage obsolescence and technical documentation.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact with customers, presenting design changes, supporting in-service products, and offering technical assistance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven success in engineering management
  • Experience in leading development across the product lifecycle.
  • A solid foundation in Support Engineering
  • A background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with engineering estimation and schedule development
  • Experience managing risks, assumptions, issues, and opportunities.
  • Work Package Management experience
