A main contractor was building a new leisure centre for a local authority in London when suddenly trouble appeared on the horizon.
The contractor went bust and the local authority had to decide what to do. They decided to hire the subcons directly to complete the project.
What they need now is aSite Engineer to manage all of the M&E subcons operating onsite and ensure the work they are doing is correct and up to standard.
An engineering background is desirable, experience withthe construction of a leisure centre is desirable, and a willingness to be onsite every day reporting the CM is a must.
