A progressive construction and property consultancy in the UK is seeking an Associate Director level Building Surveyor for their London team.
The position is ideal for a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor looking for a clear pathway to a Director role.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and hold an MRICS qualification.
The salary for this role ranges from £55,000 to £70,000, depending on experience, along with benefits such as private healthcare and a pension scheme.
Experience in healthcare projects is beneficial but not essential, with a focus on private high-end residential and student accommodation projects.

A progressive, innovative construction and property consultancy, with offices across the UK is looking for an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their London team. You would be joining a strong Building Surveying team as the No.2 to the lead Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor or an Associate Building surveyor looking for a clear and real pathway to Director.

The right candidate would be coming on board to work on Private High-end Residential projects as well as University frameworks and full Turn-key Student Accommodation projects. Healthcare experience would also be beneficial, but not essential.

Whilst the role will have a definite bias towards project work there is also a need to have good professional work experience and a fully rounded Building Surveying Skills.
