Building Control Surveyor

Location: London
Contract: 3-Months
Work Schedule: 3 Days per Week in the Office
Hourly Rate: 80+ (Depending on Experience)
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

About the Role:

We are seeking a Specialist Surveyor with commercial background experience. The role involves:

• Conducting surveys of non-residential buildings.
• Providing detailed reports and assessments.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Surveying experience in a commercial background.
• Must be a Class 3 Specialist Surveyor (Class 2 may be considered).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
