Your new companyYou'll be working for a heritage charity located in the South East, delivering various projects with a small but highly skilled team of indivuals.Your new roleThe successful candidate will assist in all aspects of property repair, maintenance, and improvement, while performing general building surveying duties, such as:

  • Creating specifications
  • Carrying out Inspections/defect diagnosis
  • Administering/overseeing works in progress
  • Complying with H&S regulations
  • Tendering
  • Coordinating with contractors
  • Managing projects
  • Liaising with different stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Member of the RICS with a proven track record of professional competency
  • Previous experience of surveying / property management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations
  • Strong MS Office skills, CAD and ability to learn and use different systems
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have your own car and a clean driving licence
