Role and responsibilities
The successful Building Surveyor will work on a portfolio of private sector projects, across the commericial, residential and education sectors, with schemes spanning across London and the home counties.
Your role as a well-seasoned Building Surveyor will be to stand as a pillar and become an integral part of the new team, supporting the current Director in establishing a solid surveying team and providing APC help to Graduate and Assistant Surveyors.
Person specification
This role is perfect for a Building Surveyor who is keen to progress quickly within a supportive SME and who has the ability to take on more responsibility within a new team.
- MRICS qualified (Ideally)
- RICS accredited degree, in Building Surveying ideally
- Experience in a private practice/consultancy environment
- Solid private sector knowledge would be advantageous
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
