Building Surveyor - Prestigious Historic Estate

Location: Central London

Hours: 38.75 per week (Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:15 PM)

What's Needed?

The ideal Building Surveyor will have:

  • MRICS or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE
  • Experience working with listed and historic buildings
  • Experience issuing and preparing Scott Schedules
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills
  • A background in building surveys, maintenance, and refurbishments
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
