With expertise in the Commercial Property arena, this giant of a Real Estate practice wants forward-thinking, self-motivated and technical Building Surveyors in their team.
Additionally, they work in CAT A&B fit out projects, retail, leisure and education, providing a full spectrum of construction consultancy services.
The Building Surveyor role
Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys and project management on a variety of projects.

Do you have?
- A BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or Real Estate
- Wide ranging experience within Commercial property
- Knowledge within Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Capital Markets, Leasing, Project Management
- Consultancy background
- Client facing approach
