Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be conducting varied duties across a wide range of properties. Responsibilities would include dilapidations, Surveys, Licences, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration, and Party Wall matters.

• Conducting site visits
• Inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail.
• Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively.
• Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.

Your Skill Set:

• Experience working on residential buildings.
• A construction-related degree and relevant experience.
• Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency.
• A full UK driving license and have access to your vehicle.
• Top-notch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication.
