My client are an SME consutlancy, with four nationwide offices and a newly openend London office, delivering services to private clients for over 30 years'.

This opportunity will offer an well-seasoned Building Surveyor a variety of work and fast-tracked progression as the new team and offices grows, you'll become a true pillar of the future team.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will work on a portfolio of private sector projects, across the commericial, residential and education sectors, with schemes spanning across London and the home counties.

Your role as a well-seasoned Building Surveyor will be to stand as a pillar and become an integral part of the new team, supporting the current Director in establishing a solid surveying team and providing APC help to Graduate and Assistant Surveyors.

Person specification

This role is perfect for a Building Surveyor who is keen to progress quickly within a supportive SME and who has the ability to take on more responsibility within a new team.

  • MRICS qualified (Ideally)
  • RICS accredited degree, in Building Surveying ideally
  • Experience in a private practice/consultancy environment
  • Solid private sector knowledge would be advantageous
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
