Hours: 38.75 per week (Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:15 PM)

What's Needed?
The ideal Building Surveyor will have:
- MRICS or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE
- Experience working with listed and historic buildings
- Experience issuing and preparing Scott Schedules
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- A background in building surveys, maintenance, and refurbishments
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
