A medium sized firm of Chartered Surveyors, with two offices in London are looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their Residential Building Surveying team. You would be joining a team of 5 professional staff. The bulk of the work would be around Building Surveys, Homebuyers Reports, Condition reports, and Rent Reviews. Their clients include property developers, accountants, solicitors, estate agents or simply a first time buyer. There is a great opportunity for someone to come on board and very much own the role and progress within the company. You would be joining one of London’s Leading Chartered Surveyors, with an outstanding reputation and surrounded by expert professionals.

Requirements:

  • MRICS
  • 2 Years Building Surveying Experience
