An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Building Surveyor to join a property consultancy based in the heart of London. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000, along with excellent career development prospects within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed building surveys and inspections, preparing reports on the condition of properties.
  • Managing the maintenance and repair works of various commercial and residential properties.
  • Assisting with project management and overseeing refurbishments and fit-outs.
  • Providing expert advice on property-related matters, including statutory compliance and building regulations.
  • Engaging with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery to the highest standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Recently qualified Building Surveyor (MRICS).
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety, and property law.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects effectively.
