We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding surveying team in London, focusing on a variety of industrial refurbishments and ESG projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead refurbishment projects ranging from £250K to £10M, primarily in industrial and logistics sectors, with the potential for commercial work.
- Manage a strong pipeline of work and serve as a key contact for clients.
- Support junior surveyors and contribute to service development.
- Engage in business development activities and network to grow your client base.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, including invoicing, specifications, and budgets.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified with experience in refurbishment projects valued up to £10M+.
- Commercially minded, particularly in the industrial sector.
- Strong leadership skills and confidence in managing projects.
- Interest in ESG-focused projects is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
