We have a temporary Fire Marshal opportunities for a residential development in East London.
We have a mix of fire marshal shifts and supervisor shifts available so staff with some experience of supervising a large team of fire marshals would be desirable.
Working with Abbatt Property Recruitment you will be managed by a dedicated and understanding team who will recognise your efforts and provide you with shifts to suit your commitments.
Based at a large and busy residential site in East London you will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 20 Fire marshals ensuring patrols are carried out, and all duties executed efficiently and to schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting and escalating incidents
- Conducting regular patrols
- Patrols around the site
- Supervising handovers when on supervisor shifts and assisting with breaks
- Organising practise fire evacuations
- Sending daily reports to the Security manager
About You
The ideal applicant will have a strong and confident personality and experience managing teams with authority. A security or fire marshal background is essential. Also important:
- In depth knowledge of fire safety and procedures
- The ability to use your own initiative
- Excellent communication and soft skills (a must)
- Excellent time management
- You will hold a valid fire marshal certificate
Hours: Nights 1900-0700
