With a strong pipeline of secured projects, the successful Fire Risk Assessor will manage a varied workload, providing expert fire safety solutions across multiple sectors.
The Fire Risk Assessor's Role
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct thorough fire risk assessments and ensure compliance across a diverse portfolio of properties. Working independently, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality fire safety services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial, and high-rise properties
- Identify and implement effective fire safety solutions
- Prepare and maintain detailed fire safety reports, policies, and procedures
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance
- Contribute to the consultancy's growing reputation within the fire safety industry
The Ideal Fire Risk Assessor
- At least 1 year of experience in fire risk assessment
- Experience conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments (training provided if necessary)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail and commercial sectors is beneficial
- A proactive attitude and ambition for career development
