Fire Risk Assessor

A dynamic and ambitious consultancy is looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing team, covering the North London area.

With a strong pipeline of secured projects, the successful Fire Risk Assessor will manage a varied workload, providing expert fire safety solutions across multiple sectors.

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct thorough fire risk assessments and ensure compliance across a diverse portfolio of properties. Working independently, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality fire safety services.

• Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial, and high-rise properties
• Identify and implement effective fire safety solutions
• Prepare and maintain detailed fire safety reports, policies, and procedures
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance
• Contribute to the consultancy's growing reputation within the fire safety industry

• At least 1 year of experience in fire risk assessment
• Experience conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments (training provided if necessary)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail and commercial sectors is beneficial
• A proactive attitude and ambition for career development

• £40,000 - £50,000
• Car allowance or travel expenses covered
• Laptop and mobile phone provided
