Fire Risk Assessor - Central London | 350 - 400 per day | 3-6 Month Contract

We are partnering with a prominent Local Authorityin Central London to recruit two experienced Fire Risk Assessors / Surveyors for their busy Fire Safety Department. This role involves providing expert fire safety advice, management, and leadership across a diverse property portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct fire risk assessments on complex residential properties.
  • Identify and report fire-related risks and issues.
  • Liaise with the repairs team to ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Manage Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) inspections across the organisation.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • NEBOSH Fire Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
  • Membership in a recognised professional body (such as IFE, FPA, IFSM, or similar).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.
  • Proven experience in carrying out fire risk assessments in complex residential settings.
  • Strong ability to collaborate within a team environment.
