Fire Risk Assessor

An industry-leading fire engineering/safety consultancy is looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing team.

With an impressive 40% year-on-year growth, this consultancy works with a diverse range of clients, delivering high-level fire risk assessments and fire safety assurance across complex and high-rise buildings.

The Fire Risk Assessor's Role

• Carrying out FRAEWs and Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments across a range of properties.
• Conducting external faade fire safety assessments and fire safety assurance reports.
• Providing expert fire safety advice to clients, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations.
• Identifying fire safety risks in high-rise and complex structures, recommending practical solutions.
• Producing detailed fire risk assessment reports in line with current legislation and best practice.
• Keeping up to date with fire safety regulations, industry guidance, and technical developments.

• Relevant fire safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Certificate, IFE accreditation, or equivalent).
• Tier 3 minimum.
• Proven experience conducting FRAEWs, Type 4 Risk Assessments, and faade fire safety reports.
• High-rise building experience - essential for this role.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, including the Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Act.
