Job Summary:
The Fire Risk Assessment Supervisor (FRA Supervior) will be responsible for leading and managing fire risk assessments across all company facilities. This role requires a thorough understanding of fire safety regulations, risk management principles, and the ability to lead a team in developing and implementing fire safety strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate fire risk assessments for all company properties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Supervise a team of fire safety professionals, providing guidance and support in conducting fire risk evaluations.
- Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance awareness and compliance within the organization.
- Analyze findings from fire risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of fire safety measures across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with fire safety standards and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fire safety and risk management.
- Prepare reports on fire risk assessment findings, safety recommendations, and compliance status for senior management.
