Panoramic Associates is partnering with a leading housing management organization to recruit a Building Surveyor with an accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Property Services Team and play a crucial role in ensuring that homes are safe, compliant, and fit for habitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HHSRS assessments, condition surveys, and energy efficiency evaluations (EPC).
  • Diagnose building fabric defects and recommend maintenance solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with teams on complex repairs and major works projects.
  • Ensure accurate asset data management and compliance with Decent Homes standards.
  • Provide expert surveying advice across the full RIBA plan of works (0-7).

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a degree in a construction-related subject or has equivalent experience.
  • Possesses an accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification with proven inspection experience.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and asset performance data.
  • Has excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
