As a Low Carbon Energy Assessor, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting energy assessments and issuing EPCs
* Reviewing building performance data and providing energy efficiency recommendations
* Liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored energy solutions
* Ensuring compliance with energy regulations and industry standards
* Managing client enquiries and maintaining strong working relationships
* Supporting sustainability initiatives and driving energy performance improvements
To be considered for this Low Carbon Energy Assessor, you'll need:
- NDEA certification (Level 3 or 4)
- Experience in a similar role and EPC production
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards and building regulations including Part L
- Proficiency with energy assessment software and tools.
- Live in or near to London.
