We are hiring two experienced MEP Building Surveyors to support a leading consultancy on a 12-month contract, working on a major hospital project.
Role Overview:
- Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and reports within a live hospital setting.
- Collaborate closely with MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of building services.
- Oversee refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance-related works.
- Ensure all works meet strict healthcare regulations and building standards.
- Offer expert guidance and technical support to key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working on hospital projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination.
- Solid understanding of healthcare compliance and building regulations.
- Experience conducting PFI Hand Back Surveys.
