A nationwide SME, who compete with large firms in the industry, are seeking a Partner of Building Surveyor and someone to lead one of their two teams, in the London head office.

This opportunity will suit a well-rounded Building Surveyor who has experience in leading teams, or is keen to progress into a leadership position.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor, to become Partner, will take a true leadership role, driving the team forward, overseeing progression, managing the financial aspect of the team and obtaining new instructions, through their already created relationships across the private and public sectors.

Your role as the new Partner will be to lead one of the already established two teams, with between 5-15 direct reports.

Person specification

  • MRICS
  • 6+ years' PQE ideally
  • A previous leadership or management role
  • Commericially aware and financially responsible
  • A good understanding of the private and public sectors would be beneficial
