TSA Surveying are currently retained by a multi-disciplinary consultancy, throwing a lot of time and energy into the Fire Engineering division this year. We are looking to appoint a Principal Fire Engineer to join the current team to support and work very closely the Associate Director with the bidding process, mentorship of a team of talented Fire Engineers and lead on large projects nationwide. Our client covers the commercial and residential sectors, and work on some incredibly exciting and well-known estate projects.
Alongside Fire Engineering, our client offers a range of other services such as Building Control, Facades design and M&E, all collaborating with each other when necessary to give you the full picture of the project. This has resulted in some incredibly well-rounded professionals within the business, working on some large residential and commercial projects in the Central London area.

They pride themselves on their staff feeling comfortable in asking questions and confidently doing their job, creating a more efficient and high-quality output of work. With their open plan hybrid office space, one day you could be sat with a Junior Fire Engineer, the next you could be with the Group Director.
As a Principal Fire Engineer, the ideal candidate will be committed to technical delivery, becoming the honest, client facing individual professional we expect for a role like this. You would also have 3+ years experience in a Senior/management role, managing a small team of Fire Engineers and leading smaller projects.
