A specialist fire consultancy is seeking a Senior Fire Engineer to join their expanding London team of 14.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Fire Engineer to join a close-knit and social team, delivering the full range of fire engineering, working on projects from architectural to pre occupation stage.
The Senior Fire Engineer's Role
As the successful Senior Fire Engineer, you will work with predominantly residential clients on both new building and existing properties.
- Assessing external facades to ensure compliance with regulations
- Producing detailed Fire Inspection Reports and risk assessments
- Conducting on-site Fire Installation Inspections
- Evaluating and grading fire risks in residential buildings
- Working alongside the Fire Design team to deliver comprehensive fire safety solutions
The Successful Senior Fire Engineer Will Have
- A degree in Fire Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of Fire Engineering experience
- Experience in Fire Risk Assessments, EWS1 evaluations, and fire safety inspections
- Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, including post-Building Safety Act facade regulations
- A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
