I am currently recruiting for a Client Development Assistant on behalf of a US law firm here in London. This role is integral to supporting the transactional client development team with various tasks including pitches, presentations, events, email marketing, research, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of pitches, proposals, and credentials.
  • Produce electronic communications such as client advisories, newsletters, and invitations.
  • Update the firm's website and contribute to social media activities.
  • Prepare marketing materials and support legal directory and award submissions.
  • Assist with seminars, webinars, conferences, and other events.
  • Maintain league table entries and deals database.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet research.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a client service approach.
