You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by closely collaborating with operational teams to meet and exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include representing the client's interests within the company, resolving day-to-day queries, and driving process improvements to enhance customer service.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong technical claims knowledge (Cert CILA/Cert CII)
- Experience in applying client policies and processes
- Passion for delivering first-class customer service
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
