Senior Business Development Manager – global learning provider
Our client is a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, private learning provider, who has a truly global client list. Whilst the organisation size is c. 150 people, the group that the company is part of comprises around 4000 employees.

Outline of the role:
This role focuses on managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts across Europe, nurturing strong relationships with key client contacts to drive account growth. Additionally, it involves identifying and securing new business development opportunities with prospective clients across the region, contributing to the organisation’s expansion and success.
Full-time and permanent role
Salary: ca £75k, OTE up to £ 100k
Hybrid: home working blended with working from client’s London offices (minimum 3 days a week)
Role Requirements:
- Strong experience in sales/relationship management, ideally within the financial services education sector Experience in developing new business with major Financial Institutions Demonstrate a history of working to, and achieving revenue targets Ability to understand client strategy to build a business and action plan
