OOH Client Director- Independent Agency - London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of a portfolio of clients across multiple agencies, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly from brief to post-campaign analysis (PCA).
  • Oversee campaigns at every stage, from planning and buying to delivery, ensuring exceptional results.
  • Manage and mentor an Account Executive, helping them effectively service clients and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in the OOH space, including performance-driven approaches and developments in programmatic OOH.
  • Set and manage client KPIs, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
  • Take charge of resolving client or campaign issues, while coaching your team to do the same.

About You:

  • You bring media experience, ideally with a background in OOH, though experience in other media agencies or media owners is also welcomed.
  • You're passionate about the media landscape and eager to become an expert in OOH media.
  • You have strong numerical skills and experience in data-driven roles.
  • You excel at relationship management and communication, with a natural ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Your commercial acumen shines through in your work, and you're confident applying it to drive results.
