Key Responsibilities:* Lead the development and implementation of paid social strategies.* Collaborate with the client servicing team to understand goals, objectives, and KPIs,translating them into actionable paid social media plans.* Manage a team of paid social specialists,* Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns acrossmultiple platforms* Monitor campaign performance and analyse data* Develop and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, keymetrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.* Stay informed about industry trends,* Take complete ownership of client relationships* Project manage the output of junior team members, ensuring the highest possible standardsare met.* Oversee and guide communication from junior team members to clients.* Deliver annual plans and forecasts with high accuracy based on experience.* Confidently present at monthly and quarterly client reviews.* Follow up all internal and client meetings with clear actions.* Lead presentations to clients.* Actively seek out new betas and opportunities for your clients.* Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' industries and competitors, tailoring strategicapproaches accordingly.
