Our client, an online fitness platform are looking for a Temporary Online Customer Services expert to work through until the end of the year.
The role will pay £14.00 per hour.

What you will be doing:
As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on a business's website and social media channels.
Your duties will include answering customer enquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information.
As a valued member of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales.
Various shifts patterns over the coming weeks to Christmas between 8am and 7pm. Including one Saturday
- Excellent customer services - go above and beyond to give the best Customer experience.
- Excellent written skills - you will have superb grammar and writing skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Be confident to deal with all kinds of enquiries
You will be flexible and a team player- please ensure you are able to work between the stated hours.
