We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Care Manager for our clients nursing home located in Brixton. As a leading provider of elderly care services, our clients are committed to delivering exceptional care to their residents and maintaining high standards in their facilities. If you are a Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN, possess extensive clinical knowledge, and have experience in a nursing/care home setting for older people, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide effective leadership and management of the care team.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with regulatory standards.
