LIMS Programme Director - Permanent Opportunity

Goodman Masson is proud to be supporting Cloud 21 in hiring a LIMS Programme Director on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid opportunity with some travel to UK sites.

About the Role:

As a LIMS Programme Director at Cloud21, you will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation of Network-Wide Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) across various strategic activities. You will use your expert knowledge, extensive programme management experience, and leadership skills to ensure client satisfaction and the timely, scope-compliant, and budget-conscious delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of LIMS implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing executive-level leadership and change management expertise.
  • Programme Management: Develop, plan, and run comprehensive programme plans, managing risks, issues, and clinical safety.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive success and ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Programme Director in LIMS implementations within the NHS.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and operational pathways within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Recognised Project Management accreditations (e.g., MSP, PgMP, Prince2)
