Clinical Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
- Develop and regularly review personalised care plans.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Assess resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Address incidents and complaints promptly to maintain high standards of care.

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:
- MUST have a Level 5 in leadership and management or RMA equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of senior experience in a nursing home setting (essential).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Experience in medication administration and knowledge of healthcare regulations (desirable).
- Familiarity with LA uplifts, CHC funding, and palliative care funding (desirable).
