Clinical Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
  • Develop and regularly review personalised care plans.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Assess resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Address incidents and complaints promptly to maintain high standards of care.

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:

  • MUST have a Level 5 in leadership and management or RMA equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of senior experience in a nursing home setting (essential).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Experience in medication administration and knowledge of healthcare regulations (desirable).
  • Familiarity with LA uplifts, CHC funding, and palliative care funding (desirable).
