As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring high standards of care to meet individual resident needs.
- Overseeing the care and safety of residents and their possessions.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals to meet residents' healthcare needs.
- Managing and developing the staff team, including setting objectives and supervising staff.
- Assisting in the efficient running of the home, including budgetary control and resource management.
- Taking charge of the home in the Registered Manager's absence.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, registration, and contractual requirements.
