About the Role:As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the General Manager, overseeing clinical operations and providing leadership to the care team.
- Offer clinical advice, support, and guidance while ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Assist in the management of the home, including covering shifts when necessary.
- Take on a supernumerary role, but be flexible to work weekends, bank holidays, and occasional shifts when needed.
- Support staff development through training and career progression opportunities.
- Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in a Unit Lead or senior nursing role.
- Prior experience in a care home setting is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
